White Bay is run by one person and collects as little as possible. This page says exactly what that is.

When you buy

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. They collect your email address, billing details, payment information, and the country and tax data they need to charge sales tax or VAT. White Bay never sees or stores your card number.

From that transaction White Bay receives your email address, the product bought, the order amount, and the country used for tax. That information is used to deliver the guide, send revisions, and answer support requests.

When you email

Messages sent to hello@white-bay.com are kept so the conversation makes sense over time, and are not used for anything else.

What this site does

This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when the page loads.

Sharing

Your information is not sold or rented. It is shared only with the services needed to run the store: Lemon Squeezy for payment and delivery, the email provider used to send revisions, and Cloudflare, which serves this site.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask for your email address to be removed from revision notices at any time; the order record itself has to stay.
